Privacy Policy
How Brokix handles your information.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains what information Brokix ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. Brokix is an informational website that publishes forex broker reviews, comparisons, news and awards.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you use our contact form, report a scam broker, vote in our awards, submit a press release or request an ad booking, we collect the details you enter (for example your name, email address and message).
- Usage information — like most websites we automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies. A session cookie keeps forms secure (protection against spam and forged requests) and remembers short-lived preferences. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes usage data on Google's servers; see how Google uses this data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and handle your requests.
- To review and investigate scam reports. Your name and email are never published with a report.
- To prevent fraud, spam and vote manipulation.
- To measure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some links to brokers are affiliate links: if you open an account through them we may earn a commission. When you click an external link you leave our site, and the other website's own privacy policy applies. Advertisers and brokers do not receive your personal data from us.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, email us at info@brokix.com.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
